Bill joined the Denny Elwell Company with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience as a property owner, development investor and a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa. This valuable experience has helped to expand the Sales and Leasing Team’s third party activity throughout central Iowa. While he works in all aspects of commercial real estate, Bill specializes in assisting investors with income producing properties and negotiating initial and/or expanding leasing requirements to acquire a fair and equitable price for both the short and long term contracts. Bill’s continued repeat business shows his continued desire to provide his clients with the best service available. Bill is a graduate of Drake University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Economics and a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Masters in Business Administration. He is a certified arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau, a member of the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
