Darcy has worked in commercial real estate sales and leasing since 1996. As a long time resident of the area, Darcy can lend valuable information regarding the growth of the central Iowa commercial industry. She has provided tenant representation for many local and national clients throughout her career at Denny Elwell Company. Darcy has played a role in all aspects of the commercial real estate arena including ground development, building construction, space planning and city and/or state incentives. Her broad knowledge of all of the facets of commercial real estate helps her to assist her tenants and buyers with their real estate needs. Darcy is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Iowa and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Des Moines/Ankeny/Johnston Chamber of Commerce and ICREA.
