Darcy Gill is Vice President of Sales, Leasing &
Marketing for Denny Elwell Company. Her job duties include
not only selling/leasing commercial real estate but
she oversees the sales & leasing division, creates
all marketing materials, manages the explosure of the
company's properties and listed property on the
internet and is responsible for all aspects of advertising.
Darcy joined Denny Elwell Company as a Sales &
Leasing Associate in 1996. Since then she has established
hundreds of relationships with Tenant/Buyers on a national
and local level. Prior to being involved in commercial
real estate Darcy earned her Bachelors Degree from Iowa
State University and spent ten years in the commercial
airline industry on an international level.
Darcy is a member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers (ICSC) and the Johnston, Ankeny, and Des Moines
Chamber of Commerce. In addition she is a licensed real
estate agent in the State of Iowa. She currently she
serves on the board for Salem United Church of Christ
and volunteers for several church and school activities.
She enjoys spending time with her extended family, going
on family vacations and attending activities with her
husband and three daughters. Darcy and her family live
on an acreage near Ankeny.
