Denny Elwell, founder of Denny Elwell Company has been
actively involved in both commercial and residential
real-estate development since 1985. Prior to being a
real estate developer Denny founded, owned, and operated
six retail tire stores, and founded and actively operated
Dee Zee Manufacturing. Currently, Denny owns and operates
over 1 million square feet of developed commercial property
and 600 acres of development ground. Denny has extensive
background and operating knowledge in retail, restaurant
and manufacturing businesses, and has the ability to
understand and anticipate his customers needs.
