Mary joined the Sales and Leasing team at Denny Elwell Company in October of 2006 and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa. As a long time resident of Ankeny, she has great knowledge of the area and has watched Ankeny grow into one of the best commercial real estate areas in central Iowa. Mary has established numerous relationships with tenants and buyers both on a national and local level. Mary is actively involved with the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, Johnston Chamber of Commerce, Ankeny Home Builder's Association, The Ankeny Historical Society and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She works closely with non-profit businesses, such as Visiting Nurse Services, United Way and Life Line. Prior to being involved in commercial real estate, Mary owned and operated her own business where she learned that customer service is the key to success. Mary's enthusiasm and creative attitude is what makes her an excellent addition to the company's Sales and Leasing Team.
