Darcy Gill - VP President of Sales, Leasing & Marketing. Darcy has worked in commercial real estate sales and leasing since 1996 and has participated not only in the sales/leasing arena but has played a role in all aspects of development, construction, space planning and city/state incentives. Darcy has a very broad knowledge of every component of commercial real estate that helps her secure a tenant or buyer.

Bill Gardner -Senior Sales & Leasing Associate. Bill has been involved in commercial real estate as either a Landlord/Investor or a licensed agent for over 30 years. He recently joined our team, not only to represent Denny Elwell Company properties but also widen our third party activity. Bill has excellent knowledge of the market area.

Mary Elwell - Sales & Leasing Associate. Mary has been involved with commercial real estate her entire life. She has over one year of experience as a sales agent. Mary is highly motivated to increase her activity and spends a tremendous amount of time building her clientele through direct cold calling, researching for prospective tenants and tapping all of the resources available.
