Bill joined the Denny Elwell Company with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience as a property owner, development investor, and a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa. This valuable experience has helped to expand the Sales and Leasing Team’s third-party activity throughout central Iowa. While he works in all aspects of commercial real estate, Bill specializes in assisting investors with income-producing properties and negotiating initial and/or expansion leasing requirements to secure a fair and equitable price for both short- and long-term contracts.  Bill’s continued repeat business shows his continued desire to provide his clients with the best service available. Bill is a graduate of Drake University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Economics, and a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Master’s in Business Administration. He is a certified arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau, a member of the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
