Liz Richardson is a commercial real estate representative at Denny Elwell Company. Originally from Clear Lake, Iowa, Liz was homeschooled before attending Grand View University, where she is graduating with a major in Communications and a minor in Marketing.

During her time at Grand View, Liz has been deeply involved in campus life, serving as Student Body President for the 2025–26 academic year and holding many leadership roles across multiple student organizations. Her experiences as an Admissions Ambassador, View Crew leader, Viking Council Member, and Video Producer for Viewfinder Media have shaped her passion for servant leadership and her commitment to helping others succeed.

Liz discovered her passion for commercial real estate through her internship with Denny Elwell Company. What drew her to the industry was the opportunity to build relationships, understand people’s goals, and help them grow. This includes finding the right space for a business and supporting clients as they take the next step. She is especially passionate about contributing to the community by helping businesses thrive, creating spaces that bring people together, and giving back to the communities that have shaped her.

Liz is excited to continue learning, building connections, and making a meaningful impact through her work in commercial real estate.
