Darcy has more than 26 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and deals in all areas of commercial real estate. In addition to servicing Denny Elwell Company’s managed portfolio of 4 million square feet of space and several hundred acres of commercial ground, Darcy also represents other Landlords/Tenants/Buyers/Sellers, primarily in the Des Moines metro area. She has worked with several international/national companies and hundreds of local businesses.

Darcy graduated from Iowa State University and then spent 10 years in the airline industry before starting her career with Denny Elwell Company. She enjoys time with her family, and traveling, and truly enjoys working in the commercial real estate industry.

Darcy believes that providing excellent customer service, being ethical, and being a team player are the core tools that have made her successful in her profession.
